From an in house software development department, Fieldcode became an independent international software company in 2020. The software has been made marketable and offers expert features that are unique in the market.

Users can manage the entire flow of their on-site operations: From ticket creation and routing to analysis and invoicing.

The Fieldcode software consists mainly of 2 tools and the mobile version for the field staff, as well.Ā 

Fieldcode Workplace

Workplace is the actual software in which tickets and everything that belongs to it can be processed and brought onsite.

Divided into individual components that can be displayed and combined as needed on one or more screens.

Fieldcode Admin Panel

The Admin Panel is used to make and configure the settings for the system.

Since the software has countless settings for perfect adaptation to the needs of the user workflows are bundled in a separate tool.

Fieldcode Mobile App

Fieldcode`s Mobile App shows the tasks for the field staff and is used to report the ticket.

The mobile app guides the field service employee step by step through the workday following a timeline. Including parts management and reports on on-site orders all over the world and timezones.

Fieldcode CIC

The Customer Information Center shows the customer the progress of his order and the status.

The CIC is available for browsers and mobile devices.

Challenge

The task was to show the user a comprehensible and logical structure of the applications and to structure their interaction in an understandable way. The software offers a lot of features and settings as expert software, but should also be accessible for beginners. The professionals have a very fast workflow where every click counts and the applications should be adapted for all types of field service.
